Familes who are new to CAA follow the instructions below.

  • To get started create a RenWeb Application Account by visiting https://tinyurl.com/New-caa-account

    If prompted to enter a district code enter:  COL-WA
     
  • Once your RenWeb Application Account has been created you will receive a verification email (It could take up to 20 minutes to receive your verification email).
     
  • Follow the link in the verification email. 
     
  • Enter your username and password to login to your account. 
     
  • Once you have logged in click on “Create a New Student Application” 
     
  • Follow the steps through the entire application process. 
     
  • You can save your application and return to it at any time. 
     
  • Once your application is complete you will be directed to submit your application and make payment. 
    The application fee is $50 

 

Already have a student attending CAA?

Ready to have an additional child apply? Follow the instruction below for the NEW student only.
(To re-enroll your existing student see the re-enrollment instructions.)

  • Parents of current CAA Students will need to create a NEW RenWeb account for the application process. https://tinyurl.com/New-caa-account
     
  • Once your new student has been enrolled your new account and existing Parents Web account will be merged so that you can manage all your students through your existing account. 
     
  • You may be required to use a email address that is different from the one used by your current Parents Web Account.

Re-enrolling an existing student

  • Once enrollment opens login to your ParentWeb account.
     
  • Click on Family Information
     
  • Click on Enrollment/Re-enrollment
     
  • Complete the Enrollment Package for each student listed.
